White-label setup
Brand Heading as your own with custom domains and logos
Configure Heading to look like your agency's proprietary tool. The agency add-on turns white-labeling on.
Custom domain
Connect your own domain (e.g., analytics.youragency.com) so clients see your brand, not Heading's.
- Navigate to Settings → White label
- Enter your desired subdomain or custom domain
- Add the CNAME record to your DNS provider
- Wait for DNS propagation (typically 15-30 minutes)
Custom branding
Upload your agency's logo and set brand colors:
- Logo: SVG or PNG, displayed in the sidebar and login screen
- Primary color: Used for interactive elements and accents
- Favicon: Shown in browser tabs when clients access your white-labeled instance
- Fonts and product name: Set your own type and call the platform whatever your clients know it as
What clients see
When white-labeling is active, your clients see:
- Your domain in the browser bar
- Your logo in the sidebar
- Your brand colors throughout the interface
- No mention of Heading anywhere in the UI
