How agency costs are structured. Per-client plans plus the white-label add-on
Agency pricing has two components: per-property plans for each client, and one fixed-monthly agency add-on for the team. Current prices are on the pricing page in the app.
Pricing structure

The add-on price does not change with client count. Your cost scales only with the plans you put each client on.
How it scales
Mix plans freely across the portfolio: a flagship client on Scale, mid-tier clients on Growth or Starter, and prospects on free snapshots (up to 2 at a time). Each client appears as its own named line on the single monthly invoice, which makes cost-per-client pass-through straightforward.
