Manage your subscription
Upgrade, change, or cancel per-property plans and the agency add-on
All billing is managed through Stripe. Only team owners can modify billing. Your team has one Stripe subscription; each paid property is a line item on it.
Upgrading a property
Open the property and choose Upgrade to pick a plan (Starter, Growth, or Scale; see Plans).
- Your team's first paid property goes through Stripe Checkout, which saves the payment method.
- Every later upgrade adds the property to the existing subscription on the saved card, with no checkout.
Upgrading takes effect immediately: daily tracking starts and the property's prompt quota applies.
Changing or canceling a property's plan
Manage a paid property from its billing page. Plan changes are prorated by Stripe. Canceling takes effect at the end of the billing period, after which the property reverts to the free snapshot state. Data is preserved, but daily tracking stops and the property counts against the team's free-property allowance.
The billing portal
Team owners can open the Stripe Customer Portal from billing settings to update the payment method and download invoices. Invoice lines are named after each property (and its client, for agencies), so the invoice doubles as a per-client cost breakdown.
The agency add-on
The agency add-on is a separate fixed-monthly item on the same subscription. Canceling it turns off white-label at the end of the billing period; client properties and their plans are unaffected.
Deleting a property removes its tracking history entirely. Downgrading to free does not. The snapshot report remains.
