Sign up & create your team
Set up your Heading workspace through onboarding
Your team is your workspace in Heading. All properties, team members, and billing are managed at the team level. There is no separate team-creation step. Your team is created for you inside onboarding.
Sign up for Heading
Visit useheading.com and sign up with your email or Google account. After signing in you land in the setup flow automatically.
Choose brand or agency
Tell Heading how you'll use it:
- Brand: Track your own brand's visibility. Your workspace is named after your business automatically.
- Agency: Manage AI search visibility for multiple clients. Enter your agency name. Each client is added as a property inside your workspace.
Set up your first property
The same flow continues straight into adding your first property. Enter a domain and Heading does the rest.
Invite team members
Once you're in the dashboard, add colleagues by email from team settings. Choose their role:
- Owner: Full access including billing and team deletion
- Admin: Can manage properties, prompts, and team settings
- Member: Can view dashboards and reports
