Add your first brand
Start monitoring a brand's AI search visibility
A brand represents a brand or website you want to monitor across AI search platforms. Your first brand is created during onboarding; every later brand is added the same way via Add brand from the Brands page.
Enter your domain
Type the website domain (e.g., example.com). Heading analyses the site and prefills the rest:
- Business name and description
- Locations and target markets
- Competitors discovered from the site
Confirm the profile
Everything is editable, but nothing else is required. Review the prefilled profile, adjust anything that looks off, and continue.
The business profile steers prompt generation, so a more accurate description and location produce more representative prompts. You can refine these later in brand settings.
Start monitoring
Click Start monitoring. Heading generates a 20-prompt starter portfolio tailored to the business and runs it across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overview while you watch, prompt by prompt, platform by platform. When the pass lands, you get the brand's first snapshot report.
Every brand starts free with a point-in-time snapshot. A team can hold up to 2 free brands. Upgrading a brand turns on daily tracking; see Plans.
