Add your first property
Start monitoring a brand's AI search visibility
A property represents a brand or website you want to monitor across AI search platforms. Your first property is created during onboarding; every later property is added the same way via Add property from the Properties page.
Enter your domain
Type the website domain (e.g., example.com). Heading analyzes the site and prefills the rest:
- Business name and description
- Locations and target markets
- Competitors discovered from the site
Confirm the profile
Everything is editable, but nothing else is required. Review the prefilled profile, adjust anything that looks off, and continue.
The business profile steers prompt generation, so a more accurate description and location produce more representative prompts. You can refine these later in property settings.
Start monitoring
Click Start monitoring. Heading generates a 20-prompt starter portfolio tailored to the business and runs it across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overview while you watch, prompt by prompt, platform by platform. When the pass lands, you get the property's first snapshot report.
Every property starts free with a point-in-time snapshot. A team can hold up to 2 free properties. Upgrading a property turns on daily tracking; see Plans.
